Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at contact@aroniaberry.ca with:

  • your order number,

  • a description of the issue, and

  • clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

After review, we may offer a replacement or a refund to your original payment method. Do not send items back unless we explicitly request a return; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

For health and safety reasons, perishable goods and ingestible products (e.g., foods, supplements) cannot be returned under any circumstances. Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable.

Order changes & cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled only before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refund timing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
