Product was fine. Box looked like they played football with it. Had to be resealed before I received it. Someone in shipping doesn't like you!
Sour sour sour
I liked that it's 100% pure juice, so it's tart. What I didn't like is that the juice is in a plastic bag and the box that encases the bag was broken. I'll think about reordering if it came in a healthier choice container. I wished my order for the Aronia juice came with it but that was cancelled. The advertisement of Arona juice comes in glass containers, nice.
I ordered a box of cranberry and a box of pomagranet. One arrived as a bladder in a flat UPS issued box and was leaking now in the UPS box. The other arrived in the original shipping box, but was leaking. The dispensing box was all wet and ripping.
Being someone who likes to figure out what happened, I went to work. on the one in the EOM boxes first. Across the hermetic seal was an 1/8 inch gap from which juice had obviously leaked. I dried out the box and pulled it back into shape with packaging tape.
The bladder was more interesting. Only after laying it on the counter flat and pressing downward did I find two (2) holes--both from creases in the plastic bladder that was crammed and stuffed into the original box, which I did not receive as UPS repackaged the bladder into one of their thin flat shipping box.
Loss of product was minamal, so no complaints. Love your juice and will still purchase. Yes, I have pictures of all the bladder and the shipping material. BTW UPS was 2 or 3 days late in arriving. KF
